Winning this one really got us. It’s a local award, voted and recognised right here in our own community, and that’s what makes it so special. These are the people we see every day, and to be chosen by them means more than we can put into words.
The Central Melbourne Local Business Awards celebrate the businesses that make their local area a better place to live and work. The Outstanding Health Improvement Services category recognises the clinics and teams that go the extra mile to help people feel better and live well. To have our name on that trophy is a huge honour, and one our whole team gets to share.
We opened our doors in 2021, right as things were starting to reopen after Covid. It was a strange time to start something, but we believed there was a real need for care that put people first. Five years on, we’ve grown into a clinic that brings Myotherapy, Remedial Massage, Physiotherapy, Lymphatic Drainage, Dry Needling and Psychology together under one roof, so we can look after the whole person rather than just one sore spot.
What has never changed is why we started. We believe good healthcare should be affordable and within reach for everyone, no matter who you are or where you’ve come from. No one should have to manage chronic pain, or any kind of pain, on their own. We’re here so they don’t have to.
An award like this belongs to a lot of people. It belongs to our practitioners, who bring so much care to every appointment. It belongs to the local businesses and neighbours who have backed us from the start. And most of all it belongs to the people who trust us with their recovery and let us be part of their story. The support we’ve had has been second to none, and we honestly don’t take a moment of it for granted.
