Jesse holds a Bachelor of Clinical Myotherapy from the Southern School of Natural Therapies and has a genuine passion for helping people move and feel better. He works with the biopsychosocial approach, looking beyond just the symptoms to understand how physical, emotional and social factors all play a role in health.
In the treatment room, Jesse uses thorough clinical assessment with hands-on techniques such as remedial massage, dry needling, and joint mobilisation. Every session is tailored to the person in front of him, whether the goal is easing long-term pain, recovering from injury, or improving mobility. He also incorporates prescriptive exercise, giving clients practical ways to keep progressing between sessions and helping them feel more confident and in control of their recovery.
Jesse is a member of the Myotherapy Association Australia (MAA) and is recognised by all major health funds.
When he’s not with clients, Jesse’s most likely in the garden, training in Muay Thai (ideally without taking too many hits), or playing the Handpan, a reminder that movement, rhythm and balance are just as important outside the clinic as they are inside.
