Sarah’s passion lies in helping clients reconnect with their true selves and live their lives from a place of love, rather than fear. She believes that life is a mirror, and our inner world is reflected in our outer world. With this in mind, Sarah specializes in chronic pain, anxiety, depression, Fibromyalgia, trauma recovery, and interpersonal and work-related relationship issues.

Sarah strives to create a fully open and authentic space where healing can take place. She utilizes a wide range of therapeutic approaches, including Emotional Awareness and Expression Therapy, Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT), Neuroplasticity, Humanistic Therapy, Meditation, Yoga, Mindfulness, Inner Child Work, Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Somatic Body Therapy, Shadow and Archetypal work, Art Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy, and The Polyvagal Theory.

Sarah’s approach centers on staying present with her clients, supporting them in creating authentic power within themselves, and overcoming adversity to develop enhanced self-compassion. Her goal is to assist clients in experiencing a new reference point for happiness, one that is rooted in their personal growth and development.

Sarah’s extensive experience with TMS (Tension Myositis Syndrome) and her personal interest in compassionate Inquiry, a psychotherapeutic method developed by Dr. Gabor Maté, enables her to provide holistic support to her clients. By supporting clients in achieving meaningful connections and developing a closer, stronger, and more secure relationship with themselves and their bodies, Sarah helps her clients achieve long-term, sustainable change.
