MyoFitness Works with Home Care Packages and the Commonwealth Home Support Programme
At MyoFitness, we’re proud to offer accessible, evidence-based allied health services that help older Australians stay well, independent, and active in their daily lives.
With three beautiful clinic locations in North Melbourne, Yarraville, and Surrey Hills, we provide a calm, supportive environment where older clients feel genuinely cared for.
We work in partnership with both Home Care Packages (HCPs) and the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP), making it easier for eligible clients to receive high-quality care without added financial pressure.
Allied Health Services at MyoFitness
Older Australians receiving aged care funding can use their support to access a wide range of services at MyoFitness, including:
Each treatment is tailored to the individual’s needs—whether it’s improving movement, reducing pain, supporting emotional wellbeing, or enjoying greater comfort and confidence.
Home Care Packages are government-funded programs designed to support older Australians who want to remain living at home safely and independently.
The funding can be used for a wide range of health and wellbeing services, including allied health.
At MyoFitness, we regularly work with HCP providers and care coordinators to ensure the referral, approval, and billing process is seamless.
✅ Once confirmed, clients can begin receiving regular treatments at any of our clinic locations with no out-of-pocket cost.
The CHSP provides entry-level support for older people who are starting to need extra help.
While it offers shorter-term or less intensive services than HCPs, allied health support may still be available depending on the client’s needs and care plan.
We accept CHSP referrals and work closely with aged care providers to ensure each client receives appropriate and meaningful care delivered by experienced professionals in a safe, respectful setting.
Our multidisciplinary team includes qualified physiotherapists, myotherapists, massage therapists, and mental health professionals.
We understand the physical and emotional challenges that come with ageing, and we’re here to provide both the expertise and compassion needed to navigate them.
Our clinics are calm, purpose-built spaces designed to help clients feel relaxed, respected, and supported.

Jesse was 10/10! He has a wealth of knowledge and such a passion for what he does that I knew I was in good hands. I was a bit nervous about trying dry needling, but Jesse was incredibly thorough, gentle, and communicative throughout the entire process. He made sure I felt comfortable from start to finish, and the great conversation made the experience even better! I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!Posted on Google![]()

I’ve been seeing CC for massage therapy, and she has helped me a lot with my lower back pain and mobility issues. She has also given me some exercises to help improve my posture and reduce the pain and discomfort. I’ve noticed a real improvement since seeing her, and I really appreciate the advice and care she provides. I would definitely recommend CC to anyone dealing with similar issues.Posted on Google![]()

The number of sessions needed for Decongestive Lymphatic Therapy (DLT) varies depending on the individual case and the severity of the condition being treated. Typically, a course of DLT includes both manual lymphatic drainage massage and compression bandaging or garment fitting, as well as self-care education and exercises. A typical treatment may last 2-3 weeks, with 2 sessions a week for the first 3-3 weeks and then decreasing frequency as progress is made. Some patients may need additional treatment sessions to maintain improvement.
